Nueva/Normalidad

En estos momentos en que la humanidad permanece confinada, la ficción de manera impresa, en línea o en streaming se ha convertido en una fuga habitual hacia otros lugares que nos permiten asimilar el presente. La convivencia desde nuestras pantallas se han vuelto el punto de encuentro donde la presencia es cada vez más difusa. Desde el aislamiento, me he puesto a construir fragmentos de una ficción propia. Éstas imágenes que comparto, fueron realizadas sin el uso de una cámara en el cuarto oscuro de mi casa, en un proceso que denomino papierograma. Así, la ficción se vuelve una forma de materializar lo intangible que acontece desde el interior ante esta nueva normalidad que nos espera.

In these moments when humanity remains confined, fiction in print, online or streaming has become habitual to come out of our confinement for a brief moment, and assimilate the present. The social life from our screens, has become the meeting point where the presence is blurred more and more. From isolation, I have started to build fragments of my own fiction, in a way of materializing the intangible from within, at the presence of the new normality that awaits us. These images that I share, were made without the use of a camera in the dark room of my house, in a process that I called “papierogram”.
